What is the TD Insurance Repair Warranty?

When you choose a TD Insurance Auto Centre or a preferred vendor, you’re choosing a lifetime warranty on auto repairs for as long as you own the car and stay insured with us.

You’re also getting a claims advisor who will work with you to provide fast, courteous and satisfying service. Your advisor is there to help get the repair fixed. And stand by you every step of the way.

Eligibility criteria and what’s covered.

Will you be eligible for lifetime warranty on your auto repairs?

  • Are you still insured with TD Insurance?

    Your vehicle's lifetime repair warranty remains in place for as long as you are insured with TD Insurance.

  • Do you still own the vehicle?

    As long as you own the vehicle, it’s covered by the lifetime warranty. The warranty is not transferable to a new owner.

  • Who did the repairs?

    The lifetime warranty on auto repairs only applies to repairs done by a TD Insurance Auto Centre or one of our preferred vendors.

What’s not covered?

Here are a few examples of what’s not covered:

  1. Natural wear and tear (e.g. tires and wiper blades)

  2. Routine maintenance

  3. Damage cause by additional Collisions and Comprehensive losses

  4. Rust over time (premature rust on repaired part would be covered)
